DAY FOUR – BANANAS & MILK DAY
Hi Ladies and Gents - Today we are going bananas for bananas and milk. You can eat as many as eight bananas today and drink three glasses of milk. If you hate bananas and can’t stomach that many – try a lovely bowl of vegetable soup.
DAY FIVE – RICE & TOMATO FEAST
Hi friends – on the Menu today - 1 (one) cup of rice. 6 (six) whole tomatoes and drink 12 (twelve) glasses of water. This is to ‘turbo cleanse’ your system of the excess uric acid you will be producing.
DAY SIX – RICE & VEG FEAST
On today’s menu we have all vegetables day cooked or uncooked plus 1 cup of rice.
DAY SEVEN – FRUIT JUICE & CHAMPAGNE
Well done guys – you made it to the last day. If you have followed the instructions over the last 7 days tomorrow you will be 5 to 8 kilograms lighter.
